  • What does a membership provide?
    • 24/7/ access to HitHub
  • Do memberships automatically renew?
    • Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of the month unless you cancel.
  • Do member get the code for keypad entry?
    • Yes, once you sign up a welcome message via text or email will be sent with the keypad code.
  • How do we rent a cage?
    • You only need to rent a cage if you want to guarantee a specific cage is available for you when you go.
    • Go online to benniebaseball.com/hithub and click “click to join!”  At the top of the screen select “browse events” and all of our rental offerings will be listed.  Select which one you desire, pick a time slot, and pay!
    • Cage rentals are not required to go.  A membership allows for 24/7 access and use of the facility.
  • Is pitching and defense allowed?
    • Yes, however you would like to use the space in which you rented is up to you.
  • Do we need to bring our own baseballs/softballs?
    • No, we have bins of baseballs and softballs available for use.
